How to use it
Simple on purpose.
Pick a preset.Box breathing is equal parts 4–4–4–4. 4–7–8 is a longer exhale. Coherent 6–6 is a slow, even in-and-out. Start with the one that feels least effortful.
Follow the ring, not the clock. The ring empties through each phase and refills on the next. The chime marks the change if you prefer eyes closed. Keep the screen visible — browsers pause background timers.
Stop before you strain.Breathing exercises should not make you dizzy. Return to a normal breath if they do. This is a timer, not medical advice.
Pair it with the quiet room.Yoga at Activate House is breath-led movement — the class that makes the rest of the week sustainable. Check the booking page for heated and non-heated formats.
Next step
Take the practice into the room.
Yoga is one of five classes on the intro offer: two weeks unlimited, $99 at North Park and $89 at Bird Rock. The class finder can confirm it is your room.
