HeatedThe class
What it is.
Sculpt is the strength side of the house. Expect heat, resistance and repetition, with an instructor who keeps the whole room working at the same time. The class is built for full-body conditioning rather than a single muscle group.
It is intense and still welcoming. Every movement has a version you can take, and the instructor is watching the room, not just the front row.
- Heated, full-body strength class.
- Built around resistance and controlled repetition.
- Open to all levels, with options cued by the instructor.
- Often paired with Spin or Pilates in the same visit.
