Award-winningThe class
What it is.
Activate House spin is a rhythm-led indoor cycling class. The instructor calls the ride — climbs, sprints, recovery — and the room moves through it together. You control the resistance and the pace that belongs to your body.
It is the cardio anchor of the house. Members often pair a ride with Sculpt or Pilates on the same visit, which is why the class schedule is built to let one session flow into the next.
- Award-winning spin is one of the studio’s signatures.
- Music-led, instructor-cued ride.
- All levels are welcome in the room.
- Pairs naturally with Sculpt or Pilates on the same visit.
The shape of it
What a session looks like.
Every instructor teaches in their own way. The arc of the class stays the same.
- 01
Settle in
Arrive early enough to set up your bike and meet the instructor before the room fills.
- 02
Find the beat
The warm-up builds with the playlist. Resistance and speed are cued, never assumed.
- 03
Ride the arc
Climbs, sprints and recovery are sequenced as one continuous ride rather than isolated intervals.
- 04
Come back down
A cool-down and stretch close the class. Towels are waiting at check-in.
Who it is for
For anyone who wants cardio that feels like a night out — and for riders who want a room with real energy around them.

Questions
Before your first Spin.
Still unsure? Call (619) 230-5231 or email hello@activate-house.com. The team would rather answer the question than have you guess.
Do I need cycling shoes?
Wear shoes you can ride in and bring water. If you have a preference for cycling shoes, call the studio before your first visit and the team will tell you what the bikes take.
Is spin beginner-friendly?
Yes. The instructor cues resistance and pace, and you choose what your body can hold. Tell the instructor it is your first ride and they will help you settle in.
How early should I arrive?
First-timers should plan to arrive 15 minutes early so the team can show you around. If you know the drill, arrive 5 minutes before class — otherwise your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
Can I book a single class?
Book through the studio’s real booking page. The two-week unlimited intro offer is the simplest way to try several classes and both studios.
